Pursuant to the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, you must read the following information before confirming your order. This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.
This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.

3. Essential Characteristics of the Products
The products sold are physical goods: QR and NFC labels, panels, stands and cards. They are not digital content or a subscription; they are used as delivered.
The dimensions, material, colour, pack quantity and any personalization options of the product you ordered are shown on the relevant product page and in the order summary above. Product images are representative; minor tone differences due to printing and materials may occur.
A free MEO platform account is sufficient to use the products; their use does not depend on any paid subscription.
4. Payment, Total Price and Additional Costs
Payment is made by credit or debit card through iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S., in a single charge or in instalments offered by your bank. Card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment page; MEO never sees or stores your card number.
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT. The total amount payable including taxes is itemised in the order summary above.
No charge other than those shown in this form and the order summary is applied. MEO does not add any distance communication surcharge for the internet connection you use to place the order.
MEO does not require any deposit or other financial guarantee.
5. Delivery and Performance
Delivery is made by a contracted courier to the address you provide at checkout. You may state in the order note who may accept delivery on your behalf.
The shipping fee is 79 TRY; shipping is free on orders where the cart product total is 299 TRY or more. The threshold is calculated on the product total, excluding the shipping fee.
Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 (Istanbul time) ship the same day. Delivery within Turkey generally takes 3-5 business days. The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date; if it is exceeded you may terminate the contract.
If the packaging is damaged on delivery, have the courier prepare a damage report before accepting the parcel.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason and without penalty. If your order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day you receive the last parcel.
In addition to this statutory period, MEO commercially commits to a total return window of 30 days from delivery. Returns after day 14 are handled under this commitment rather than the statutory right.

Upon your notice we send a return shipping code. Return shipping is at MEO's expense; no carriage cost is charged to you.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all accessories. Within 14 days at the latest from receipt of your withdrawal notice, and provided the product has reached us, the total amount you paid is refunded using your original payment method. The time for a credit card refund to appear depends on your bank.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 15):
- Products personalized to your specifications or personal requirements (carrying a name, logo, QR destination or similar custom printing)
- Products whose packaging, tape or protective elements have been opened and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Products whose resale value has been diminished through use
If your order contains a personalized product, it is marked separately in the order summary above. You accept before ordering that you have no right of withdrawal for such products.
These exceptions do not apply to defective, incomplete or damaged products; your statutory remedies under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
8. Model Withdrawal Form
To exercise your right of withdrawal you may complete the form below and send it to meo@meonow.com. Using this form is not mandatory; any notice clearly stating your intention to withdraw is valid.

9. Complaints, Disputes and Remedies
For any question, request or complaint, please contact us first at meo@meonow.com; we aim to resolve applications as quickly as possible.
In case of a dispute, you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee at your place of residence or at the place of the transaction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade, and to the Consumer Court above those limits.
Current monetary limits are published by the Ministry of Trade, Directorate General for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
10. Protection of Personal Data
The name, address, phone number and email address you provide at checkout are processed to conclude, deliver and invoice the order and to meet statutory retention obligations. For details, your rights and how to apply, see our Privacy Policy and GDPR/KVKK pages.
Marketing emails are sent only if you give separate, explicit consent; not giving it does not affect your order.
11. Confirmation
By confirming your order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Pre-Information Form and the Distance Sales Agreement, and that you accept the obligation to pay.
