This Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") governs sales of physical products made through www.meonow.com, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.
This English text is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
By placing an order, the BUYER confirms having read and accepted this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form, and accepts the obligation to pay.

BUYER
The natural or legal person identified by the name, delivery address, phone number and email address provided at checkout. These details appear in the Pre-Information Form and the order confirmation.
2. Subject
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the BUYER through www.meonow.com — whose characteristics and sale price are set out in the Pre-Information Form and the order summary — and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties.
3. Product and Payment Details
The type, quantity, unit price, any personalization fee, shipping fee and VAT-inclusive total of the ordered product are shown in the Pre-Information Form presented to the BUYER before the order is placed, and in the order summary.
All prices are in Turkish Lira (TRY) and include VAT.
The shipping fee is 79 TRY. Shipping is free on orders where the cart product total is 299 TRY or more. The threshold is calculated on the product total, excluding the shipping fee.
Payment is made by credit or debit card through iyzico Odeme Hizmetleri A.S. Card details are entered on iyzico's secure payment page; the SELLER never sees or stores the card number.
4. Delivery
Products are delivered by a contracted courier to the delivery address provided by the BUYER at checkout.
Orders placed and confirmed before 14:00 (Istanbul time) are shipped the same day; later orders ship the next business day. Delivery within Turkey is generally completed within 3-5 business days.
The statutory maximum delivery period is 30 days from the order date. If delivery is not made within this period, the BUYER may terminate the Agreement.
The SELLER is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If the packaging is damaged on delivery, the BUYER must have the courier prepare a damage report before accepting the parcel.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without penalty (Regulation on Distance Contracts, Art. 9).
In addition to this statutory period, the SELLER commercially commits to a total return window of 30 days from delivery. Returns after day 14 are handled under this commercial commitment rather than the statutory right of withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, notice to either address below within 14 days is sufficient; no particular form is required:

The BUYER may use the Model Withdrawal Form in the Pre-Information Form, but is not obliged to. If the order is delivered in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day the last parcel is received. The SELLER provides a return shipping code; return shipping is at the SELLER's expense and no carriage cost is charged to the BUYER.
The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Art. 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products prepared to the BUYER's specifications or personal requirements, i.e. personalized products (carrying a name, logo, QR destination or similar custom printing)
- Products whose packaging, tape or protective elements have been opened after delivery and which cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons
- Products whose resale value has been diminished through use
For orders containing personalization, this exception is shown separately in the Pre-Information Form before the order is placed.
7. Refund Processing Time
The period below is the SELLER's obligation to pay, NOT the BUYER's return window.
Within 14 days at the latest from receipt of the withdrawal notice, and provided the product has reached the SELLER, the total amount and any documents placing the BUYER under obligation are returned to the BUYER.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method. The time for a credit card refund to appear on the statement depends on the issuing bank and typically takes 3-7 business days; this period is outside the SELLER's control.
8. Defective Products
If a faulty, incomplete or damaged product is received, the BUYER shall notify meo@meonow.com within 48 hours of delivery. After inspection, a free exchange or refund process is initiated; return shipping is at the SELLER's expense.
The BUYER's statutory remedies for defective goods under Law No. 6502 are reserved.
9. Dispute Resolution
For disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or at the place of the transaction have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced annually by the Ministry of Trade; above those limits, the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction.
Current monetary limits are published by the Ministry of Trade, Directorate General for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
10. Force Majeure and Default
In events beyond the parties' control — natural disaster, war, epidemic, strike, or a general stoppage of infrastructure or courier services — performance is suspended for the duration of the force majeure. If it exceeds 30 days, either party may terminate the Agreement and any amount paid by the BUYER is refunded.
If the BUYER is in default and the Agreement is terminated, the SELLER's claims under Law No. 6502 and general provisions are reserved. Where the cardholder and the BUYER differ, disputes are governed by the rules of the relevant bank and card organisations.
11. General Provisions
The BUYER declares being over 18 years of age and having legal capacity to contract.
The BUYER declares that the information provided at checkout is accurate and complete, and accepts that the SELLER is not liable for delayed or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information. The BUYER may name a person authorised to accept delivery in the order note; delivery to the person accepting the parcel at the stated address is deemed valid.
Order, payment and communication records kept in the SELLER's own systems may be used as evidence in disputes. This does not remove the BUYER's right to submit their own evidence.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.

12. Entry into Force
Before confirming the order, the BUYER electronically confirms having read and accepted this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form, and accepts the obligation to pay. The Agreement enters into force upon that confirmation.
The Agreement in force is permanently published at www.meonow.com/distance-sales-agreement; the BUYER may access, print and retain it at any time.
